Found some spelling and grammar errors already…
For example, Section 5.1.1:
Experts in their “field” … You spelled it “filed”.

Surprised you’ve given this away for free. I’m sure there would have been some businesses out there that would have paid for this book! I’m guessing this is just a sample though?

No, it’s not a sample. It’s the full eBook, as it was created and intended to be presented. I’m sure there would have been some businesses to pay for this, but it’s not what I intended it to be a free book to help those starting out.

I feel kind of bad that it’s been so long since I’ve last been to the site (Octoberish) and I have to say this is one of the better ebooks I’ve seen out. Even from a non-corporate point of view it has a lot of info that is completely valid.
