Louis, indeed, those keyword variations can be used – as suggested in the post – as support phrases. The “Dark Knight” paragraph was meant as a guide for picking up the main phrase. The rest of them can be used to avoid keyword stuffing.

It’ll be also helpful imo if you managed to include all “Dark Knight review”, “The Dark Knight review”, “Dark Knight movie review” and “Review of the Dark Knight movie” inside the article in a style that makes sense.
