I think you should look at CircumTags cloud plugin also. works for WP 3.0.1 like a dream)

Seems like this plugin does not work for WordPress 2.8 yet. Would have been nice to use. Back to the standard tag cloud for me.

Actually, there is (next to) no SEO impact. Users without the Flash Player (such as search engine spiders) will be server WordPress’s usual tag cloud.
